1 jar sauerkraut
2 cooking apples, cored and chopped
2 lbs. spareribs, cut in bite-size pieces
Place sauerkraut in bottom of skillet. Place chopped apples on top of sauerkraut. Place spareribs over apples, add salt and pepper to taste; cover. Cook over medium heat until vapor seal occurs. Reduce heat to low and cook for 4 hours.
